School to School Support
The STSA is working to increase the number of headteachers in our Alliance who become NLEs and LLEs. STSA is working to identify and then support headteachers through their accreditation.
The STSA is working with the Local Authority to support school improvement through effective partnership work led by NLEs and SLEs. Work between schools will be carried out in accordance with our protocols for work to ensure collaboration is based on trust and respect.
